Bringing Cops & Kids Together
The Manchester Police Athletic League (MPAL) is an after school athletic organization that connects cops and kids. MPAL is a 501(c)3 non-profit that is run by a Manchester Police Officer assigned full time to the organization. Athletics include Boxing, Judo, wrestling and aikido. MPAL also offers numerous recreational and academic programs including Police Exploring and tutoring services. The goals of the organization are to provide youth with a safe, positive environment where police officers serve as coaches and mentors. MPAL also relies on a group of dedicated volunteers to provide expert coaching and development opportunities for participants. All athletics and activities are 100% free of charge, making programs accessible to all youth who want to participate.

By providing mentoring along with sports and academic instruction in the after school/early evening hours, we believe we are making champions both in and out of the gym.
